Her casting and production experience spans over two decades – from fashion magazines and runway shows to advertising and pro-social campaigns.

As founder of the NYC-based, JSM Casting, Jennifer brings a sharp eye for talent, a true passion for discovering and connecting with fascinating people, and a wealth of invaluable experience into every phase of the casting process.

Jennifer and her team tailor their strategy to meet the specific needs of each client and project. Using a methodical, multi-pronged approach, JSM combines exhaustive research, targeted outreach, and hands-on vetting of every candidate, culminating in a finely curated presentation of the best possible casting options and an unparalleled casting experience.

BIO:

Jennifer got her start at Glamour, where she learned the ropes of production and casting and then moved on to TSE, honing her skills under the tutelage of renowned designer, Narciso Rodriguez. After a foray into the world of commercial production, at the now legendary, Propaganda Films, Jennifer joined Calvin Klein as Talent Director, overseeing the company-wide casting for all divisions and licensees, including runway shows in New York and Milan. As the digital frontier was taking shape, Jennifer was instrumental in forging a joint venture between Art + Commerce and Shoot Digital, overseeing print production and casting for their digital photography clients, including all photo content for LVMH’s luxury online retailer, eLuxury. In 2002, Jennifer joined forces with the owners of Milk Studios to establish House Casting. Soon after the birth of her second daughter in 2007, Jennifer ventured out on her own with the creation of JSM Casting.
